At Bloomsburg Carpet, we offer a variety of luxury carpets in different styles, colors, patterns, and materials. Moquette carpet is particularly beautiful and makes the perfect addition to any home or business. Let’s take a closer look at what Moquette carpet is and why you should invest in it.

What is Moquette Carpet?

The term “moquette” comes from the French word for “carpet” and indicates carpet cut from a dense cluster of fibers. The result of cutting from such a dense pile is incredibly thick, soft carpet that is comfortable underneath feet. Additionally, the thickness of this carpet makes it durable and long-lasting.

Beautifully textured and offered in 5 fresh colors at Bloomsburg, Moquette carpet features a beautifully textured and rugged solution-dyed nylon construction. Its overlay of boasts contrasting braided face yarns.

This type of carpet also features 100% solution-dyed nylon face yarns, using a minimum of 25% post-consumer recycled material. It offers cradle-to-cradle recycling and creates a durable, cleanable broadloom carpet that is both unique and modern.
